Bookkeeping Highlights:

Unlimited dealers (all digit or alpha/numeric codes) with multiple booths per dealer. System tracks booth rental, deposits and lease expiration dates as well as detailed sales information -- even sales per sq.ft. Integrated inventory tracking for selected dealers (if you want). POS module will take (or retrieve) customer information at time of sale.

You set the store commission percentage (if any) and rent for each dealer. Also set the sales tax rates, check and credit card percentages to be deducted if any. System stores/retrieves tax exempt purchase data. Collected taxes may be given to dealers for them to pay.

NEW FEATURE: Dealer Commissions can now be calculated on the price of the item sold or at a flat rate for all items from a dealer. 

On demand sales reports for individual dealers or sales totals for all dealers over any date range either on screen or to your printer. Rent reports by dealer or across all dealers for a specified month. Sales/rent dollar, etc.  Standard data file format (dbf files) makes all data available to Excel, Access, etc.  Option to sign up with Mall-Central.com so dealers can check their sales via the Web!

Easy and quick Pay Day routine prints sales and layaway reports for each dealer, paychecks and a check register. Optional deduction from dealer paycheck for any or all: miscellaneous deductions, store commission, booth rent , check fee or credit card fees. Full set of reports re sales totals, taxes, amount to dealers, etc.  Full recovery features including ability to un-pay and re-pay individual dealers.

Full layaway capability -- stores held items, records interim payments and retrieves all data when layaway is redeemed. Dealers may be paid as layaway payments come in OR when layaway is redeemed.

Complete Inventory tracking ("if you want") with automatic updating and display during sale.
